The sacrificial rock

First fruits
Of Abraham's son,
The rock offering first fruits
In a garden of olives.
Pleading prayers
On the olive press of that rock.
Upon a rock shall the Church be built.
Offerings seen in stones thrown
At martyr's feet.
Strength, steadiness and durability,
in tears
As Moises holds out two
forgotten messages

Carried mysteriously

Two in two

Like 2 partridge lovebirds

Offered over an alter of stone.

Many rolling stones

March to the beat of two.

Stone faces on Rushmore's mount.

"I am a rock".

On a rock you shall build your house.

Despite any hard surface, 

Truth always breaks through

To the light.
Eternity and Earthquakes outwit the hardest stones.
