INSTRUMENTS

A pen or computer to communicate.

Quiet time on your own to connect, reflect, contemplate.

A dog or animals to accompany,

Music and reading to inspire.

A spark is needed to light a fire!

Relaxing exercises and music to loosen up;

When worse gets to worse, a good measure of wine in an original cup.

Look up when you feel very blue.

To see the key to open up any old clue!

Praying is a personal choice,

To be heard you need to utilize your voice.

 

Dreams to mobilize; rest from stress or exciting trends;

A good book, connecting with nature,

Relatives, the full moon and friends.

 

When the problems of the World make you baulk,

Take it easy. Go for a pleasurable walk.

Listen to the wise and knowledgeable and all they´ve done and said.

Get reassuring rest on a comfortable bed.

 

When everything, everywhere lacks trust, seems a lie,

Eat a nutritious homemade cookie or piece of fruit pie.

 

Everyone has their own personal tools,

Those who don´t put them to use are lost souls, even perhaps fools.

Maybe yours is a guitar or horn;

Something you´ve learned since you were born.

When you want to start that fire, you kindle a log.

A modern kindling is called a ¨blog¨!

 

Jesus talked about Fire over the Earth.

I have felt this all deeply rooted in my soul

Since and even before the day of my birth.

An engine is an example of how we can fix

The disastrous predicament in which we are mixed.

 

Some people go to a Temple;

Others find a Temple within.

As ¨Kitty¨ once said to me ¨We are the stones´.

So ¨Get on it¨, to build

Our building of bones!
