Awakening with a positive energy this morning I feel a need to share a poem I wrote some time ago that I came across in my files yesterday. It is not too early to prepare for the mystical power of the light of epiphany. I believe we are being given signals of it and we must make ready and listen carefully to be able to open to the wonders available to us despite the grim situations that are now before us.

This Passion Fruit vine (Maracuya) appeared by itself 3 year's ago and gives more flowers and fruit every year.

History shows that Catholic missionaries in 16th-century Brazil named the native fruit after the appearance of the flower from which it comes. 

The passion flower's individual features were found to be symbolic of the crucifixion of Christ, or as known in biblical history, the Passion of the Christ.

In search of something
We know not what.
Leaving behind
All that was.

Healing in a unique land
Another way of thought,
To another world
We have eagerly sought.

A new epiphany breaks
Like a newborn flower-star.
Lifting in hope
Reaching out far.

I would that I could share,
The joy struck in this being.
Open to living and seeing...
The simple truth in

A contrite heart,

Repentance, and love.
