Better Days!

 

OUT OF THE BOX

In healing, resist the synthetic remedies;

Using natural reliefs when viable.

Preventative care comes as a first course.

Open up to those who have diverse insights,

Thus warding off what is worse.

 

Release animosity,

Searching the wounded soul´s coaxing.

For the answer is not outside;

It is deep within.

Complimenting time with breath,

Avoiding conflict and personal interest.

 

With hope that believes even in the darkest hours

In the masters´ teachings,

Poetry,

The Psalms,

A tender smile

Or a simple, gentle touch.

 

Look forward, Look up!

And why not?

A sad song and a glass of wine in a tattered cup.

 

Then transmit out and about

 The significant peace and joy

 Found ardently inside.
