Uno de los elementos más destacados para ayudarme a sentirme saludable tanto en espíritu como en cuerpo es que puedo sentir el cariño de quienes me rodean. No estoy seguro de cómo sucedió ni cuándo. Al parecer ha ido sucediendo poco a poco y ha crecido algo así como una planta bien cuidada. Por supuesto, me costó mucho cuidado y energía ayudar a que esto sucediera, pero gran parte provino de alguna fuente mística que ha bendecido todas nuestras vidas. Hay algo sanador y amigable en las energías ambientales aquí en Argentina que hace que se desarrolle la sanación emocional, la inclusión y la camaradería. Entonces, esto lo confieso ahora en mi fragilidad al pueblo argentino. Mantened vuestra fe y espíritu común a pesar de todos los problemas sociales y económicos. No sabes cuánto tienes. Tienes mucha madurez emocional. ¡Estás cuerdo! No dejes que nadie te haga perder tus maravillosos valores argentinos, sobre Todo no por ganancias materiales. Mantén tu fe... ¡Y gracias por ayudarme a sanar y sentirme cuerdo y cuidado!

One of the most outstanding elements to help me feel healthy both in spirit and body is that I can feel affection from those around me. I'm not sure how it happened or when. Apparently, it happened a little at a time and it has grown something like a well cared for plant. Perhaps becoming more mature was necessary, and through practice I learned to reach out to others.

Of course, it took much care, effort, and energy from myself to help this happen, but much of it came from some mystical source that has blessed all of our lives. 

There is something healing and friendly in the environmental energies here in Argentina that makes emotional healing, inclusion, and camaraderie develop. So, I am confessing this now in my fragility to the Argentine people. Keep your faith and common spirit in spite of all the social and economic problems. You know not how much you have. You have so much emotional maturity. You are sane! Do not let anybody make you lose your Wonderful Argentine values, especially not for economic wealth! 

Keep your faith... And thank you for helping me heal and feel sane and cared for!

¡Un elemento muy importante que todo el mundo debería tener y que puede ayudarles a sentir una gran paz y consuelo es un jardín de hierbas! Esta información es bastante práctica y con los pies en la tierra (¡especialmente viniendo de una persona tan mística como yo!). ¡Espero que pueda ayudarte en estos tiempos difíciles actuales!

Es tan simple y, sin embargo, tan gratificante. Yo misma había pensado muchas veces en ello y lo había deseado, pero simplemente no parecía encajar en mi ajetreada vida urbana cuando era más joven.

Ahora vivo cerca del río y había un gran arbusto de orégano cuando llegamos aquí. Empecé a cocinar usándolo en mis platos. Siempre he recibido una respuesta bastante buena a lo que hago, pero la respuesta fue aún más alentadora después de usar orégano fresco.

Luego compré dos plantas de verbena y descubrí cómo las hojas mejoraban el sabor y los problemas inflamatorios cuando la tomaba en mi mate o hacía tés para las personas. Más tarde agregué tomillo que es excelente para pollo o cerdo, eneldo para encurtir (especialmente pepino), estragón (para el delicioso plato de stroganoff como hacia mi  papá) y una planta de laurel para sopas y guisos, y berenjenas en escabeche... Últimamente, tengo una planta de salvia. , (bueno para aderezo para llenar el pavo), varias albahaca y dos de romero! También puse dos tomateras y es un placer verlas crecer, llenas de tomates.

¡Probablemente la hierba más placentera sea la menta! Puedo usarlo especialmente en tabulé y para beber jugo de limón con jengibre y menta casi todos los días. Normalmente lo limito a una limonada grande al día.

Como sabes, ¡no es conveniente tomar demasiado ni siquiera de algo bueno!

¡Así que usa tus especias sabiamente y pon tu fe y energía en el Rey prometido desde TU seno!

One very important item everybody should have that can help them feel great peace and comfort is an herb garden! This information is quite practical and down to earth (especially coming from such a mystical person as myself!) I hope it can help you in these present trying times!

It is so simple and yet so rewarding. I had often thought about it myself and had desired it but it just didn't seem to fit into my busy city life when I was younger.

Now I live near the river and there was a big oregano bush when we came here. I began cooking using it in my dishes. I have always got a pretty good response to what I make, but the response was even more encouraging after using the fresh oregano.

Then I bought two verbena plants and found how the leaves improved the taste and inflammatory issues when I drank it in my mate or made teas for people. Later I added thyme which is great for chicken or pork, dill for pickling (especially cucumber), tarragon (for dad's delicious stroganoff dish) and a laurel plant for soups and stews, and pickled eggplant... Lately, I got a sage plant, several basil and two rosemary! I also put two tomato plants out and it is a pleasure to see them grow, full of tomatoes.

Probably, the most pleasurable herb is mint! I can use it especially in tabouleh and drink lemon juice with ginger and mint almost every day. Usually I limit it to one big lemonade a day. 

As you know, it's not good to have too much even of a good thing!
So use your spices wisely, and put your Faith and energy in the promised King!

We have words to define people, places and things. This way we can communicate.
There seems to be much confusion about some definitions.
Words and thoughts can make wishes come true. Out of all the confusion they help organize to know what we want and what is best to do. What do we want and how should it be?
Women should have the same rights and responsibilities as any being.
I do not want my right to be a woman taken from me in order to have unfavorable entitlements, like being named an official of an army.
Before becoming like men at war or living in violence, I would make great sacrifices.
The way of violence is certainly not a model to follow!
The way of violence is
CERTAINLY NOT A MODEL
TO FOLLOW!
Women can reproduce and can make alimentary resources.
Let there be no confusion!
I am woman! I choose to be made with women parts of my body, to have equal rights and have access to capabilities like reproducing and feeding.
Anyone else takes a position and is a posture taken, and that is understandable because they probably reject hate and violence also.
What I am cannot be taken away
from that which it is.
           This should be cared      
            for and respected.
The point is not to change who we are, but to make it better.
Not to change men, but that we all get better and accompany as in a passage of time being with (pascua)
One another, working together, with a common purpose!
What do we want and how should it be?
We deserve better than what is seen in the news.
We deserve better!
We can live in harmony, while listening, balanced with verbal communication, and can
help build it.
And evolution will have it's way also.

there will be improvements to be revealed!

Each person normally has one pair of sex chromosomes in each cell. The Y chromosome is present in males, who have one X and one Y chromosome, while females have two X chromosomes. Identifying genes on each chromosome is an active area of genetic research.

Generally, there are physical and hormonal differences between men and women.

So, what can we say defines the makeup of a female? Perhaps we should ask her children? Perhaps they know best. Perhaps we should feel and listen to the first beats of life as it forms in creation. Time is of the essence!

Perhaps all this is a mystery only to be revealed in it's timely manner.

Perhaps this is something to be felt and perceived intuitively.

The maximum part of my womanhood expresses love, immense love. My hope is that it will be received and responded to.

SUEÑO REVELADOR

¡Buen día!

Acabo de despertar de lo que creo es un sueño revelador. Creo que puede ayudar a abrir la conciencia. Fue un sueño personal para mí y me ayuda a pensar en muchas cosas.

Parece que el significado de ir de dos en dos (Jesús envió a sus discípulos de dos en dos) tiene mucho que ver con "encontrar" o (especialmente) desarrollando almas gemelas. Al pensar y hacer en esa unidad da la fuerza y alegria necesario para formar la base que constuye. Fomentar esto seguramente ayudará a resolver las dificultades y problemas del mundo.

Además, al contemplar últimamente por qué (o cómo es) que tengo una vida tan maravillosa y he encontrado tanta paz en mi vida y también (aunque reconozco mi fragilidad) me preocupa que realmente no oro lo suficiente por el Papa Francisco o sobre todo lo que me preocupa...

Básicamente, el sueño me ayuda a darme cuenta de que seguir la voluntad de Dios nos lleva a lo optimo posible y, en última instancia, nos trae la salvación. Además, y puedes compartir esta contraseña para comunicarte y estar cerca de Dios...

La contraseña es un corazón contrito y, por supuesto, ¡mucha acción de gracias!

 REVEALING DREAM

Good morning!

I just woke up from what I believe is a revealing dream. I believe it can help open the conscious. It was a personal dream for me and helps me think about many things.

It appears that the meaning of going in twos (Jesus sent his disciples out in twos) has much to do with "finding" or (especially) 

developing soul mates. Thinking and doing in this union produces the energy and positivity to construct. Encouraging this will surely help resolve Earth's difficulties and issues.

Also, in contemplating lately about why (or how it is) that I have such a wonderful life and have found so much peace in my life and also (while recognizing my fragility) apprehensive that I really don't pray for Pope Francis enough or about all that concerns me...

Basically the dream helps me realize that following God's will takes us to what is best and ultimately brings about salvation. Also, and you can share this password to communicate and be close to God...

The password is a contrite heart, and, of course, much thanksgiving!

It's not that I put myself in the place of the Virgin yet knowing I am only as strong as my union with others and with her spirit...

I feel more like my place is similar to the poet, Miguel Hernandez, who didn't become a soldier and rather walked and marched beside the soldiers in the Spanish Civil War reading to them and encouraging them. In ways he was so important and yet only one more with the others!

Like an ace, at the same time the least and the best. Like a domino that causes a chain reaction, or the link of a fragile chain,
Here I am, steadfast I remain. I am one with Legion of Mary. This is the way Pope Francis can incorporate even more femininity without it losing the incredible mystical power it eminates. By giving more space to positive groups we increment growth and nurturing. 

Today is November 2, 2023. Last night I had a dream. I gave a news report about my singing. The interviewer mentioned that I sometimes sang off key. I defended my singing and said it was to attract an emotional response. The dream made me feel and realize many things. I now want to give my property here in Colon, Entre Rios to my children and go rent a pretty place in Concepcion del Uruguay, especially because I am convinced the Virgin is helping us very much now and opening my conscious. I am excited about the possibilities and happy! So I want to tell you about this immediately and will let you know how it goes!

We don't know how long we will live. What a beautiful feeling to know we leave behind a positive, forceful legacy even in such difficult times!

While everyone is going North,
I have been traveling South.
When others clamor for  more bread,
I'm here eating oats.
Everyone wants a shinny
Expensive car.
I'm happy most with bicycles and boats.
They search for the promised land.
I go where you can least expect it.
You don't find a
Hidden treasure
In an obvious place of
Worldly pleasure.

Against the odds
Against the wind and tide
Somehow inconceivably
I found a
Place that's mine.

Paid my debts
So I got no money.
The contradiction
Almost funny...
That I have much needed Food and water.
Though I may not do much,
Sadly I observe that
so many
Kill, hate and slaughter.

My greatest possessions
Are friends and neighbors,
Willing hands and honest
Labor!
