Like being satisfied with what one´s got…

Happily in union,

Content with life,

Feeling like they got a lot.

 

Not like being let down after big crowds;

Thousands in adulation;

Lacking just one loving soul

To contribute sincere adoration…

 

Carried along like a stream,

Some enjoy the ride,

Others protest, resisting with a scream.

 

Some find faith.

Some just flow,

Others only in it for the show.

 

All are carried along,

Good choices can make all the difference

In this journey and its essence.

 

Yet there is little possibility for control.

We are all, simply put, on parole!
