The seeds of my soul
We're engendered long ago,
Long before my birth
Goes back to who can know.
There is an eager push
That runs a race in a rush
To fulfill some inexplicable goal
To an unspoken plan
That is nestled in my interior
And reaches out to you
So as to be fulfilled
And from some tiny, cold stone
Form into promised bliss
To manifest in growth!
