One spirit leads you
Where will you go?
The spirit is within you,
You must let it flow.

It happens that quickly.
You feel it through
Your back to your toes
Even goes through the bones.

It directs you to move.
Gives you incentive.
No wind can exceed
This response
To all you plead.

It defies the laws of physics,
And laughs at the face
Of all wrong.
And you search a lifetime
To find it,
When it's in you all along!
