People ask me about
Eternity.
One once said that
I know a lot about it.
At that time
I didn't have clear
What to say.

My daughter asked
If marriage should be
For life.
I told her I believe
In eternity
And she said in a
Joking manner,
"whoa, with this",
And pointed to my partner, Pascual.

She asked me about eternity
And I said, "I need some time
To find the words
To talk about this
And that I wanted her
To be curious about it".

Pascual, the name for Easter.
The belief in renewal,
A new earth and sky,
Resurrection, a new being,
Celestial body...

In a homily
Many years' ago
The priest, Daniel,
In a visit to Santísima Cruz,
Asked something like,
"who knows why one
Endures so much"?

I felt like I understood,
I felt deeply thing'sd get better,
Only in unity and coexistence
will we survive, realize rebirth.

And eventually in life
It has paid off...

Believing in eternity,

So I feel and think,
Yes, it is written in the heart.

Rewards beyond imagination ...

And a reason
To trust.
