One very important item everybody should have that can help them feel great peace and comfort is an herb garden! This information is quite practical and down to earth (especially coming from such a mystical person as myself!) I hope it can help you in these present trying times!

It is so simple and yet so rewarding. I had often thought about it myself and had desired it but it just didn't seem to fit into my busy city life when I was younger.

Now I live near the river and there was a big oregano bush when we came here. I began cooking using it in my dishes. I have always got a pretty good response to what I make, but the response was even more encouraging after using the fresh oregano.

Then I bought two verbena plants and found how the leaves improved the taste and inflammatory issues when I drank it in my mate or made teas for people. Later I added thyme which is great for chicken or pork, dill for pickling (especially cucumber), tarragon (for dad's delicious stroganoff dish) and a laurel plant for soups and stews, and pickled eggplant... Lately, I got a sage plant, several basil and two rosemary! I also put two tomato plants out and it is a pleasure to see them grow, full of tomatoes.

Probably, the most pleasurable herb is mint! I can use it especially in tabouleh and drink lemon juice with ginger and mint almost every day. Usually I limit it to one big lemonade a day. 

As you know, it's not good to have too much even of a good thing!
So use your spices wisely, and put your Faith and energy in the promised King!

Mi lugar de nacimiento, hace muchos muchos
años,
casi el mas lejano
posible
¡Ir!
Pero el viaje más tremendo
Fue del examen de consciencia interior.
De todo lo que aprendi y de lo que me di cuenta en el camino.
Pasé por la locura, los celos,
Odio, rencor y todo tipo
De espíritus malignos,
Para llegar a un estado de ánimo
De paz y reconciliacion.

No es tanto el
Entorno físico
Como el bienestar saludable
Lo que me permite decir,
"Hay una esperanza renovada
Es muy posible".

Creo que toda la humanidad
Alcanzará a este bienestar.

Bueno, me voy
a tomar Mate ahora
aqui en la argentina
Lejos de mi país natal,
Los Estados Unidos.
Es aquí donde pude
Conocerte hace mucho ya, 

personalmente.

Y eso me hace muy feliz,
Más feliz de lo que
¡Se pueda imaginar!

Amo a muchas personas que dejé atrás
Y no sé si
Los volveré a ver.
Gracias a la tecnología
tengo comunicacion
Con ellos,
Y contigo
Tan lejos en Roma.

Entonces siento que hay que hacer
Lo que sentimos profundamente
Y confíar en que todas las cosas
Trabajan para
Un propósito superior que transciende.

A poem is so profound.
It goes to
the beginning of life.
And helps us feel deeply.

It answers existential
Questions,
And leaves us in awe
At the knowledge it transmits
As the soul soars.

And we can keep on living
With poetry, Arts and song,
But all the answers in life
To us don't always belong.

Be sure that God does not
Laugh or chide;
The answers within
The soul reside!

And yet there is bliss,
A gentle innocent
twist of humor
For the good consumer
In all that is.

Look avidly to your essence,
One thing is sure.
The answers are
Most likely there within!
