SANCTUARY

(Written on January 28, 2017, in a difficult year and preparing for Lent, Easter and Pentecost).

What can be said to you

That has not already been said,

About the concerns of life,

In dreams, or while knowing what has been pled?                                                                    

The pains and hopes held deep within the soul;

The need to reach each proposed goal?

The aspirations beyond fragility;

Beyond material temples, the possibilities of what can be…

Resting in higher levels,

Wondering at the power of devils,

Or beings beyond daily dimensions, or preoccupation;

How to calm complicated, intense impatience?

Solace embraces the being,

In observing such immense existence;

Holding within the augury, intuitively, of divine assistance.
