Have you ever seen the full moon?

There are many:

They rule over oceans, storms, madmen and even volcanoes.

The Wolf moon, snow, worm, pink

Flower, strawberry, buck moon,

The August Sturgeon moon…

Many were given names in ancient cultures

Like the September/October Harvest Moon,

Corn or Hunter's Moon,

December's ¨Cold¨

Some years have 13 Full moons.

At least one of them named a Blue moon.

A Black moon defines February's 

Lack of a moon about every 19 years;

A moon which does not fit in

With the equinoxes or solstices.

Eclipses cause red light and a Blood moon..

The full moon has many names

In many different parts of the World.

Yet it is the same full moon.

It occurs when the Sun Earth and Moon 

Are aligned.

They are all the same Full moon.

Each one distinct, beautiful and so powerful!

We do not observe the moon.

She looks over us!

We have her there; can´t give her enough names...

Or capture her fleeting beauty.

She tells us all about time 

And whispers to eternity.
