Today I have found what my purpose is! It is to help us through this darkest of nights!

 

OH, DARKEST NIGHT

When this is all over

And the promise of rainbows 

return and abounds;

The sun shines once again;

A greater force flows to heal 

all the painful wounds…

 

When this is all over

And humanity learns

To be better at solving mistakes;

After this darkest hour of intense 

hurting and aches…

 

Never rush a poet's expansion.

Let the instinctive river flow;

¨To everything there is a purpose".

Soon to be seen through 

such darkness 

the son's rising glow!

 

When this is all over,

¨The Meek shall inherit the World".
