Let music express your heart.

All the wisdom of your life.

All the pains that you´ve once felt.

Bring it on in joy.

Take it with you whe´er you go.

Let it take the place of what has been.

Let music lighten your heavy load.

Let it break you from the bad of the past.

Like the slaves or the oppressed.

Like the dreamers or those who dance,

Philosophers or repentant thieves.

Bis: Like the sad and desolate,

Torchbearers, the weak, the strong…

Let it help carry you along

To and through the roads that you must take.

From year to year,

Moving on towards each new way,

Like growth sprouting on a new spring day!
