Just a prayer away
To a better day,
To salvation,
To be free.

Just one more step,
Can we make it,
To the other side
Where we belong?

How to move on,
So tired and weary?
The closer we get
It seems more dreary.

Only by invoking spirit
Can the necessary energy
Appear
To lighten the load
Of daily monotonous fear.

There is a promised
Conversion of humanity,
Just a prayer away!
