I woke up this morning (July 22, 2008), with the following
poem on my mind. I had to work it out a
little. It occurs to me that we have
reached another "knot" in the cause (nudo de la causa), as my old
boss, De Gregorio, (a well-known psychoanalysis here in Argentina), would call
it. This is a play on words
"knot" and "not" and "nudo", "knew dough",
new doe, new dow, etc., and I don't know how to say "sin falta" in English,
but it is also a play on words with many connotations in Spanish and a play on
the word "sin", which can mean "falta", or “lacks” in Spanish. Of course, this is all not very clear, but it
will give us something to think about!
The best part of this is that my father, aunt Regina and the Pope, all
know English! This is important to
me. I hope I am not being too silly!

THE TEACHER
Each day early when I awake, I sing my songs...
Like God's faithful bird, before getting out of bed, in the
early dawn!
It puts my day on a happy note, makes me remember the
writings I have wrote...
The hardest part was to memorize.
People say that it is good, and helps give the brain its
exercise!
It’s also like a morning prayer.
It helps me organize my thoughts, to be more fair.
Like Mother Mary, with my little songs
I hope to build a better future.
Following the one who spoke parables
And was also a friend and the best teacher!
I also pass His Word, like in a game, each day becomes anew,
It will never be the same, like a seed that grew.
I sing about love, I
sing about peace,
The little lambs, with shinning white fleece...
The stories that talk of a better plan,
The future of unity for all of women, and man!
The biggest goal is to win all the hearts of all the people
Make from the beyond, wall, web, a human pact and steeple.
With this great connection and concentration,
Initiate "sin falta", the promised "gran re
con (silly)...nation!
