AMPLIAR EL CONOCIMIENTO

"Ampliar los horizontes" es una forma de decir, que se aumenta la sabiduría y la experiencia.

Literalmente, el horizonte es el punto más lejos que se puede ver y el lugar en donde se junta el cielo con la tierra.

Metafóricamente, este tiene otro significado.

Viajar, es un modo provechoso para ampliar el conocimiento.

Si viajaras, ¿A dónde te gustaría ir?

¿Qué te gustaría conocer en esos nuevos lugares?

A mucha gente le gusta visitar museos, restaurantes, ruinas arqueológicas o sitios turísticos y generalmente disfrutan de hablar con los habitantes de esos lugares.

La mejor manera de aprender sobre geografía, cultura o algún idioma, es ir al país del cual quieres conocer más. 

Leer libros, es una manera provechosa para viajar mentalmente.

Se puede aprender sobre la gente, lugares y cosas sin trasladarse y esto

 WIDEN YOUR HORIZONS

If you widen your horizons you increase your knowledge and experience. 

The horizon literally is the furthest thing which you can see and the place at which the sky and the Earth seem to join. 

Metaphorically it has another meaning.

Travelling is a good way to widen your horizons.

If you could travel, where would you go to? 

What would interest you most about new places? 

Many people like to visit museums, restaurants, archaeological ruins or tourist sites and usually they enjoy talking to the natives of the places they go to.  

The best way to learn about geography and culture or to learn another language is to go to the country you wish to learn about. Reading books is a good way to travel mentally. 

You can learn about people and places and things without moving about and this widens your horizons!
