LAS SENDAS DE BICICLETA DE ALBUQUERQUE

Hay un sistema organizado de sendas para bicicletas en la ciudad de Albuquerque, Nuevo México, en Estados Unidos.

Una persona puede andar por casi toda la ciudad sin preocuparse por el tránsito.

Los caminos han sido pintados con líneas para separar el área para bicicletas del área para coches y otros vehículos.  

Muchas sendas corren junto a la autopista, y hay carteles y semáforos en las esquinas.

Algunas sendas corren una larga distancia antes de cortarse por calles laterales.  

Es estimulante andar por las sendas, en el aire fresco, seco, y mirar las montañas que yacen hacia el este.

Muchas veces, se puede ver globos de aire caliente volando por lo alto y siempre se ven uno o dos aviones en el cielo luminoso y soleado, del estado que es conocido con el nombre de "La Tierra de Encanto".

THE BICYCLE PATHS OF ALBUQUERQUE

There is an organized system of bicycle paths throughout the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, U.S.A. 

A person can ride almost anywhere in the City without worrying about the traffic. 

The roads are painted with lines to separate the area for bicycles from the area for cars and other vehicles.   

Many paths run alongside the freeway and there are stop signs or traffic lights at crossways. 

Some areas of the paths run for a long distance before they are cut off by perpendicular streets.  

 It is exhilarating to ride the paths in the fresh, dry air and see the mountains off to the East.

At times you can see hot air balloons fly overhead and there are always one or two airplanes in the bright sunshiny sky of the State that is called "The Land of Enchantment".

No, because the routes have been marked to divide the space of bicycles from that of cars.
